Greg Edmonds serves as the Director of Acquisitions for QC Capital. In this role, Mr. Edmonds is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting market research, underwriting potential acquisitions, and working with capital markets professionals to structure debt financing.
Mr. Edmonds began his commercial real estate career in 2017 and has held roles in multifamily brokerage, private equity and multifamily agency lending. Prior to joining QC Capital, Mr. Edmonds served as a multifamily debt underwriter for two national commercial real estate lenders with a primary focus on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae debt products. Throughout his tenure in the debt lending sector, Mr. Edmonds successfully underwrote and closed more than $425 Million in agency financing for his clients.
Mr. Edmonds attended Johns Hopkins University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Edmonds also holds a Masters in Commercial Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
