Chris Salerno began his career in the fast-paced world of institutional real estate and private equity, where he developed a deep expertise in high-level operations and asset management. In 2019, he founded QC Capital, an investment firm created to work directly with partners and operators to help them scale essential businesses through a straightforward, hands-on approach.
As a proven operator, Chris has built, acquired, and exited multiple service-based companies and real estate holdings, sharpening his expertise in value creation, operational efficiency, and strategic scaling — principles that now define QC Capital’s investment philosophy.
