Joe Fairless is a member of the firm's advisory board and provides guidance on portfolio management and investment strategy. Mr. Fairless is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Advisory Board for the College of Media and Communication and is the co-founder of Ashcroft Capital, a real estate private equity firm with over $2 Billion of assets under management. Mr. Fairless is the creator and co host of the "Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show", the longest running daily real estate podcast in the world, and in 2018, Mr. Fairless was recognized as the "Multifamily Investor of the Year" by Think Realty Magazine.
