Sarah Hanna serves as the director of asset management at QC Capital. Ms. Hanna plays a crucial role in the ongoing management of the firm's multifamily portfolio and contributes to the overall operations of the company.
Before joining QC Capital, Ms. Hanna gained notoriety as a distinguished Property Manager, successfully directing operations of a real estate portfolio of market rate and LIHTC multifamily assets located throughout the Midwestern and Southeastern regions of the country. During this time, Sarah was able to stabilize the property, increase Net Operating Income (NOI), and enhance resident satisfaction. Sarah received the District Cornerstone Property Manager award for her dedication and performance in her role and was designated a District Mentor in her first year.
Ms. Hanna graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
